運勁 / Controlling

雖然我維持游泳習慣已經好幾年了, 不過我游得並不快. 早陣子我常為了這件事而在意, 特別想要提升自己的速度. 結果除了心情變差, 速度卻沒提升.

後來我發現, 專心跟自己身體各部份好好的溝通, 才是最重要的.

To control every part of your body is more important than to care about whether swimming fast or not.
