路跑與排水坡度

如圖, 左圖是一般靠右行駛的地區的路面, 設計成這種坡度, 方便排水. 右圖是, 路跑選手在有坡度的路面上跑步的示意圖, 因為路面一邊高一邊低, 雖然坡度並不會像圖那麼誇張, 但是, 只要累積夠一定距離或時間, 就會造成左右腳受力不平均, 引起其中一邊的腳或腿部比較疼痛.

解決方法是像右圖那樣, 來回都在同一側, 來程和回程剛好交換受力較重的一邊.
